DC Saib commits perjury says Violet Ecclestone

Misconduct in Public Office

That Detective Sergeant Saib, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, on dates between 01 January 2008 and 24 December 2009, wilfully neglected to perform his duty and wilfully misconducted himself to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public’s trust in the office holder without reasonable excuse or justification.

Perverting the Course of Justice

That Detective Sergeant Saib, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, on dates between 01 January 2008 and 24 December 2009, with intent to pervert the course of public justice, did a series of acts which had a tendency to pervert the course of public justice in that he:

(i)                 unlawfully offered Brian Pead a caution to the offence of Exposure on 20 May 2008 in Bexleyheath Police Station with the tape recorder in an OFF position
(ii)               conspired with Timothy Forster of Furnival Chambers in ensuring that three female witnesses did not attend Woolwich Crown Court on 9 February 2009 so that the trial would collapse and Joinder be sought
(iii)             conspired with others to abuse their position of trust, and falsely convict Brian Pead
(iv)             conspired with others to harass Brian Pead
(v)               conspired with others to commit assault and battery on Brian Pead on 18 July 2009
(vi)             committed perjury in the trial of Brian Pead at Southwark Crown Court in December 2009


Harassment

That Detective Sergeant Saib, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, on dates between 01 January 2008 and 24 December 2009, did pursue a course of conduct amounting to the harassment of Brian Pead and did cause him and his daughter and grand-children alarm and distress contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.


Fraud by abuse of position

That Detective Sergeant Saib, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, on dates between 01 January 2008 and 24 December 2009, did abuse his position as a Police Officer in that he (and others) perpetrated a series of crimes against Brian Pead and pursued a course of conduct amounting to the harassment of Brian Pead which he knew, or ought to have known, would cause him, his daughter and grand-children, alarm and distress, contrary to the Fraud Act 2006 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Misuse of Public Funds

That Detective Sergeant Saib, a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, on dates between 01 January 2008 and 24 December 2009, did misuse public funds in perpetrating crimes against Brian Pead and in allowing crimes and human rights abuses to be perpetrated against Brian Pead.


Perjury          

That DS SAIB, having been lawfully sworn as a witness in a judicial proceeding, namely the trial of Brian Pead, wilfully made a number of statements material in that proceeding which he knew to be false, contrary to s1(1) of the Perjury Act 1911.
