Judge nicholas Coleman perverts the course of justice

DISTRICT JUDGE BARRY RUTLAND and  HHJ NICHOLAS COLEMAN

On 11 September 2013, District Judge Barry RUTLAND and HHJ Nicholas COLEMAN were reported to the Office for Judicial Complaints (10^th Floor, The Tower, 10.52, 102 Petty France, London SW1H 9AJ).

Both Judges were reported for the following crimes on dates between 01 August 2012 and 25 September 2013:

1.      Perverting the course of justice

2.      Conspiring to pervert the course of justice

3.      Bias

4.      Failing to insist on full disclosure

5.      Failing to allow incontrovertible evidence of corruption

6.      Failing to report criminal activity in their Courts

7.      Misconduct in public office

8.      Colluding with prosecution witnesses

9.      Failure to adhere to the Law and legal process

10.  Misuse of public funds

11.  Fraud by false representation

12.  Fraud by abuse of position

13.  Fraud by failing to disclose information

14.  Harassment
